First of all, spoilers for The Mandalorian season 2!
Ok, is everyone that’s here still seen Mandalorian season 2? Awesome!
In Mando’s second season, Boba Fett played a big part in the overarching story. Then in the season’s finale, we were given a scene announcing that Boba Fett would back. But this time, with his own spin off show!
A Boba Fett project has been rumored for quite some time. I remember a few years ago when the Star Wars resurgence began, a spin off film about the character was thought to be coming at some point.
But now, we are in the age of streaming and a show that is similar in tone and style to the Mandalorian seems like a perfect route to take this character on.
Temuera Morrison will reprise his role from the Mandalorian, playing Fett once again. He also starred in the Star Wars prequels as Jango Fett.
I for one thought this first look at the upcoming series was awesome. I can’t wait to see how Boba fairs after his time on The Mandalorian. It’s going to be so cool to get more great lore from this iconic character.
